Hotel Booking Terms and Conditions

Guarantee Policy:
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. This does not constitute payment. Reservations over special event periods or made on Advance Purchase rates will be charged in full at the point of reservation; deposits are non-cancellable, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Rates are tax inclusive and subject to change.

Selected enhancements are debited to your account on completion of booking.

A surcharge of 1.8% will apply to Visa & MasterCard transactions and 3.8% will apply to Diners and American Express.

Upon Check-in:
Please be advised that on check in we require a credit card authorisation for the full room rate plus a $50 per day incidentals guarantee. If a debit card is provided the full room rate is charged upon check-in plus the $50 per day incidentals guarantee.
Please note that the pre-authorisation taken on your credit card may hold your funds between five to ten working days; depending on your financial institutions.
If you choose to pay via Cash or EFTPOS, the full room rate is required upon check-in plus a $200 bond per day to guarantee any incidentals. Valid government issued Photo ID is also required.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. This penalty would be charged to the credit card provided to guarantee the reservation.  Advance Purchase rates and any rates that are fully pre-paid may not be eligible for cancellation. Please refer to individual terms and conditions of these rates when making a booking.
