We are excited to share that The Ville Precinct has been awarded top honours as Queensland’s Large Employer of the Year at the QLD Training Award State Finals. The state final of 2025 Queensland Training Awards were held on Saturday 13 September in Brisbane at the Convention and Exhibition Centre.

After receiving more than 740 nominations across Queensland, the 2025 QTA winners were announced across 14 award categories.

The Ville Precinct was one of 7 finalists across the state selected for the Employer of the Year award. Competing against other Queensland finalists including Glencore Coal, Gold Coast Health, Hastings Deering Australia, MSF Sugar, Russell Mineral Equipment and Sesame Lane Child Care.

This award recognises The Ville Precinct as setting the standard for training excellence in Queensland’s hospitality sector.  Our commitment to training is one of the keys to the success of our business, with 54 team members undertaking certified programs over the past year, school-based traineeships, culinary apprenticeships and the continuing success of our Leadership Excellence program.

As the Queensland winner of the Large Employer of the Year award, The Ville Precinct’s nomination has been automatically progressed to the Australian Training Awards where we will now compete at the national level.

This is a significant achievement for The Ville Precinct and we are very proud to share this success with such a wonderful team, yet another example of the Excellence you bring every day in demonstrating The VIIBES in action.
