As we settle into the new year, I want to take a moment to reflect on the tremendous effort each of you put into what was a very busy and often unpredictable festive season across The Ville precinct. From adapting to last‑minute changes to delivering exceptional service during our peak period, the dedication shown right across the precinct was impressive. Thank you for the professionalism, resilience, and teamwork that carried us through.

Looking ahead, I’m pleased to share that we have plenty to be excited about over the next few months.

• Reduced Hotel Staff Rates available 7 days at The Ville and Ardo until the end of March, giving everyone the chance to experience and enjoy our precinct from a guest’s point of view. I encourage you to take advantage of this while the offer is still open, it’s a great way to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy what our venues do best. Blackout periods and terms and conditions to apply.
• We’re also gearing up for our Staff Party on Monday 16 March, hosted at TECC: So Fresh 90s–00s Edition. It will be a fantastic opportunity to come together, celebrate our team and enjoy a well‑deserved night of fun. I’m looking forward to seeing many of you there. Tickets will launch shortly so make sure you RSVP.
• This year also marks a major milestone for us; The Ville turns 40. It’s a significant moment in our history and a chance to reflect on how far we’ve come, as well as the exciting direction we’re heading. We’ll be sharing more about our celebrations and initiatives as the year unfolds.
