As we reach the end of another financial year, I want to take a moment to reflect on the progress we’ve made, acknowledge the challenges we’ve faced, and, most importantly, thank each and every one of you for your dedication, resilience, and contribution to our continued success.

The last 12 months has been a landmark year for our precinct. From the front-of-house teams delivering memorable experiences to the operational teams keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, your hard work has not gone unnoticed. We’ve seen growth in visitor numbers, an uplift in guest satisfaction ratings, and strong community engagement – achievements that speak to the pride and professionalism of our staff.

One of the standout moments this year was the launch of our VIIBES operating principles. Congratulations to everyone involved in the planning, rollout, and day-to-day level of engagement – you’ve set a new benchmark for excellence and are showing your VIIBES every day.

Of course, this year hasn’t been without its challenges — weather events, rising costs, and the ever-changing regulatory landscape. But I’m proud of how our team has adapted with integrity, agility, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way. It’s that spirit that continues to define us.

Looking ahead, FY2025 promises even more excitement. We’ll be focusing on improving technology and internal efficiencies, refining customer experiences, and further embedding compliance and integrity into how we operate. Most importantly, we’ll continue to prioritise creating a workplace culture where people feel respected, valued, and empowered.
