On Thursday, 16th October, 9 of our Leadership Excellence Alumni stepped up to the challenge in an unforgettable Army 1RAR Leadership Experience.

Working side-by-side with members of the 1st Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment 1RAR, our team tackled the obstacle course with courage, collaboration, and plenty of Vibrance, embodying the true spirit of The Ville’s VIIBES values.

From scaling walls and crawling through mud to exploring the barracks, infantry units, and tanks, the day provided a firsthand look into the discipline, teamwork, and resilience that define military leadership. To close the day, participants took part in a covert activity, don’t worry, no real civilians were harmed in the process! Testing their problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
