Rising Star – Theo Shines as BITA’s School-Based Apprentice of the Year!

A huge congratulations to Theo Arends, our talented Cakes and Pastry Apprentice, who has been named Baking Industry Training Australia (BITA) 2025 School-Based Apprentice of the Year!
On Tuesday, 11 November, Theo was joined by Chef Jess and her proud parents in Brisbane as she represented both The Ville precinct and North Queensland on this prestigious stage.
Theo recently celebrated her Year 12 graduation and has now proudly commenced her full-time apprenticeship with The Ville precinct, a testament to her dedication, passion, and commitment to excellence.
