Front Office Heroes:
Carina & Enzo step in and step up
When unexpected challenges hit on New Year’s Eve, two of our Front Office superstars, Carina and Enzo jumped in without hesitation.
With the NYE event shifting into The Pavilion at short notice, ticket sales needed a fast turnaround. Thanks to their quick thinking and willingness to jump in and willingness to jump in and support our business to deliver excellent service to our guests, we were able to sell 50% of all available tickets on the day of the event.
Their initiative and positivity helped ensure the rescheduled event was the success it deserved to be. A huge thank you to Carina and Enzo for embodying teamwork at its finest!
NYE All-Nighter
Keeping TECC safe, dry & event ready
Our Events Team delivered a masterclass in teamwork this New Year’s Eve.
After working at lightning speed to transform The Pavilion into an 800‑person NYE venue due to wild weather, the team didn’t call it a night when the music stopped.
Instead, armed with determination, they stayed overnight to make sure TECC stayed dry and the basketball court, one of our community’s key assets, remained safe from any storm damage.
Their commitment went far above and beyond, and their actions protected the venue, the guests, and the broader community.
