In September, our VIP Services team hosted an exclusive dining event at Rooftop, welcoming both domestic and local Vantage Rewards members to experience the best of our venues, cuisine, and hospitality. The VIP Signature Dining Series offered an elevated tasting journey featuring sushi, sashimi, and yakitori – each dish inspired by the reef and region.

Guests enjoyed premium seafood sourced from the Australian coastline and fresh produce from North Queensland. Chefs from Terasu stole the spotlight with live culinary performances, carving tuna and grilling yakitori in front of attendees, creating a vibrant and interactive atmosphere.

The Rooftop team complemented the experience with exceptional service and high-quality drinks, ensuring every detail was executed flawlessly.
