Are you a dynamic and experienced hospitality professional looking to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a Reservations Supervisor to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

The Role

As the Reservations Supervisor you will provide operational support to the Reservations Revenue Manager, overseeing the Reservation team in the absence of management including coordinating team members duties in relation to telephone calls, emails and daily tasks to maximise efficiency and minimise wait time for guests, train new employees, upskill existing team members, assist with guest queries and complaints as well as maximising revenue through affective yield management, rate, inventory and channel manager upkeep.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in a Business-Related discipline preferred.
  • Previous experience in reservations and/or group reservations is essential.
  • Experience with a property management system, in particular Opera Cloud is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing a team.
  • Extremely high attention to detail.
  • Time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
