Hosted by Sam Fricker, watch every thrilling moment of the Melbourne Cup live before the celebrations kick into gear with entertainment from Easy Club DJs, followed by an electrifying performance from Vibe Architects. With live drums, saxophone and high-energy beats, Vibe Architects will lead guests from The Pavilion onto The Ville lawns, where the celebrations continue with an unforgettable five-hour performance.

Inspired by the vibrant spirit of 1800 Tequila, this year’s Mex Luxe aesthetic calls for vivid, bright and bold spring colours, statement silhouettes and elevated race day glamour. Whether you’re making an entrance in rich hues or putting a contemporary spin on classic racewear, Melbourne Cup at The Ville is the perfect excuse to dress to impress. In true Cup Day style, prizes will be awarded to our best-dressed racegoers. 

Race for a Cause
We’re proud to partner with Brighter Lives, the official charity partner of Townsville Hospital and Health Service. For more than 30 years, Brighter Lives has funded equipment and projects that keep healthcare close to home, helping local patients access world-class care right here in North Queensland. 

Most recently, the foundation helped deliver a new testing machine to Townsville University Hospital, dramatically reducing wait times for critical results and helping patients access treatment sooner. Throughout the day, race sweeps will support Brighter Lives’ important work, with 100% of donations staying local.
